One of the World’s Most Effective Parenting Programmes

Thanks to decades of rigorous and ongoing scientific research, the Triple P – Positive Parenting Program® is regarded as one of the world’s most effective parenting programmes. In fact, the United Nations ranks Triple P as the number one parenting programme in the world, based on the amount of research and evidence behind the programme. There are more than 200 evaluation papers, including more than 100 randomised controlled studies, showing that Triple P works for most families in a variety of cultures, countries and family situations. Evaluation study on Triple P by the Ministry of Social and Family Development shows parents were more confident in their parenting.

Triple P gives parents the skills to raise confident and healthy children, and build stronger family relationships. Parents also learn to manage misbehaviour and prevent emotional and developmental problems occurring in the first place.

Key Areas Covered:

Prevent behavioural, emotional and developmental problems in children by enhancing the knowledge, skills and confidence of parents. Triple P Level 4 is for parents who want intensive training in positive parenting skills. Level 4 Triple P helps parents learn strategies that promote social competence and self-regulation in children as well as decrease problem behaviour.

Duration:

The run comprises 5 group sessions (2 hours each) with 3 individual phone consultations (20 minutes each) for a total of 11 hours.
