Building Stronger Families from Within

United for a common purpose

We serve with shared purpose towards the greater good of our society – working as one to strengthen families by reaching one child at a time, whether through our active learning programmes, equipping workshops, or even a simple “Hello!” and smile at the door.

Caring with authenticity

We care for our staff so that they can care for others. We work towards building a supportive Morning Star family that is genuinely concerned with the well-being of each other. Here, you will find us ready with a word of encouragement and a helping hand in your time of need.

Living your full life

We recognise that fulfillment comes when our people are empowered to achieve their purpose. We provide staff with the opportunities to live out their fullest potential and give their best every day, serving with excellence and enthusiasm.

Leaving a lasting legacy

We believe in building life-long relationships with every child and family we have the privilege to serve, journeying through difficult moments and celebrating successes. At Morning Star, we persevere to create positive change, knowing that this will ripple into a lasting transformation of lives.
