The Ministry of Social and Family Development has found that parents who attended Triple P are more confident in their parenting, have lowered parenting stress and reduced behavioural problems in children (Source).

CORE PRINCIPLES OF BUILDING MENTAL RESILIENCE provides the building blocks for the programme as it introduces parents to five core principles of positive parenting:
CONFIDENT & COMPETENT CHILDREN builds on the foundation webinar and shows parents how you can use positive parenting principles to teach children important values and skills, including encouraging respect, cooperation, getting on with others, learning to be independent, developing a healthy self-esteem and learning to become good problem-solvers. These competencies enable children to do well both in school and beyond.
RESILIENT CHILDREN focuses on helping children learn emotion regulation skills. Parents are often uncertain about how to respond to children’s expression of emotions in ways that help children learn to manage their feelings. This webinar deals with how to help children:
About the Trainer
Annabelle Chew has Teaching and Leadership and a Certificate in Dyslexia and Literacy Teaching. She has
been in the Early Childhood profession for the last 17 years. She is also an accredited trainer for Triple P Positive Parenting, Incredible Years trainer/group leader; she has conducted the Incredible Years Small Group Dina, Babies, Pre-schoolers and School age children programmes. She has also done parent programs focus on strengthening parent-child interactions and attachment, reducing harsh discipline and fostering parents’ ability to promote
children’s social, emotional, and language development.

Triple P Level 2 Webinars are now free, fully subsidised by the Ministry of Social and Family Development
Effective from June 2024, all Triple P & Signposts programme registrations will be through BookingSG portal with participants’ Singpass accounts. One registration of each programme is given per calendar year.
