Lifeskills
Children Workshops
These lifeskills and character development programmes for primary school children targets their social and emotional development so that they can be successful in life later on. The talks, workshops and holiday camps can be delivered at schools or at our centre and can focus on:
- Anger management
- Stress Buster
- Conflict Management
- Wise Choices
- Friendships
- Preparing for Secondary School
Our more in-depth programmes include groupwork for children and teens on dealing with the loss of a parent, dealing with anxiety or self esteem issues.
Parent-child Workshops
Many of our Lifeskills Workshops for Children culminate in parent-child workshop sessions to anchor learning and usage of the skills in the family context. Other specialised programmes to facilitate bonding between parents and their children include parent-child communication camps; parent-child bonding workshops and parent-child on pre-teen issues. These experiential workshops encourage parents and children to work towards really knowing each other and to be proactive in strengthening family relationships.
