Executive, HR, Admin & Account




The candidate will be responsible for HR administration which includes the updating of HR policies, job descriptions, leave administration, recruitment and etc. Responsibilities will also include general administration that includes the processing of claims, purchases, co-ordination for Facilities and IT maintenance, customer service and answering queries from the general public and etc. Accounting Function which includes the preparation of invoices and receipts.




  • Applicant must be a Singaporean or SPR
  • Possess at least ‘A’ Level or Diploma qualification and above with additional relevant qualifications
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Familiar with MOM employment policies, HR and Accounting practices
  • Familiar with MS Office, Excel and preferably with experience in utilizing Quick Book
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills




Full-Time, Part-Time, Contract

Facilitator, After School Care Services




The facilitator will be responsible for implementing learning activities and supervise primary-school students during their off-school hours. You enjoy working with children and will be expected to use positive discipline methods and guide them in forming good habits and social skills. Experience in the same industry preferred.




  • At least GCE ‘O’ Level
  • Personable with good communication skills

Executive, Training & Workshops




Reporting to the Training Manager, this executive position will be responsible for organising training and workshops as well as securing new clients. The position is also involved in managing and developing relationships with existing clients.




Technical Competencies:
  • Proficient with MS software
  • Updating of database
  • Prepare marketing collateral and training materials needed by trainers


Core Competencies:
  • Organise, plan, co-ordinate logistics for training and workshops
  • Secure new clients for training and workshops
  • Manage and develop relationships with existing clients


Preferred Achievements/Characteristics:
  • Diploma and above, preferably with sales and marketing experience
  • Creative and resourceful
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Candidates with related experience in VWO/social service sector will have an added advantage





CareNights Volunteers Needed!

CareNights supports parents aiming for social mobility and need temporary caregiving for their children aged 7 to 14 while they attend courses or render overtime. The programme is offered free to parents and depends on volunteer support to sustain it.


Volunteers will be supported with comprehensive trainings on managing and communicating with children. A screening interview will be conducted and selected volunteers will be trained.

Volunteers are expected to:


  • Facilitate/lead activities such as speech & drama, dance, art & craft, singing, preparing simple meals at home, educational or recreational games
  • Promote CareNights to the community by going on home visits or participating in community events, such as job fairs or roadshows
  • Co-develop lesson plans for academic coaching of younger children
  • Co-develop curriculum based on Morning Star’s values programme
  • Share academic coaching tips with fellow volunteers
  • Assist with recruitment of volunteers for CareNights
  • Help manage children while activities are ongoing and assist in maintaining centre cleanliness




  • At least 17 years old
  • Available from 6 pm – 10 pm once or twice a week (Monday to Friday)
  • Open to working with children aged 7-14 for at least 6 months (students on VIA or OCIP programme will be considered)
  • Willing to learn new ways of engaging and communicating with children
  • Able to take on greater responsibilities with some supervision
