• 3 years' relevant experience

Senior Case Manager

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Social Work, your main responsibilities include:

• Assist in planning and implementing existing and new programmes so as to enhance the standard of social work services in the organisation
• Perform direct casework by doing initial intake interviews, case analysis, mediation, counseling and case management
• Network with relevant organisations to secure the required services for clients
• Assist in planning and conducting Family Life Education Programmes
• Assist in Volunteer Development

Requirements

Applicants should possess the following qualification and skills:

• Relevant Degree or Grad Diploma in Social Work with approximately 3 years of related experience
• Good communication and people management skills
• Effectively bilingual
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
• Self-motivated, initiative, committed to grow professionally
• Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong interest in working with inmates' families

Case Worker

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Social Worker, your main responsibilities include:

• Outreach to inmates' families to identify those needing assistance
• Conduct intake sessions to assess families' issues and needs
• Refer families to agencies for the necessary assistance
• Network with agencies to ensure the delivery of assistance
• Prepare monthly reports
