Trainer
Responsibilities
This professional will conduct family life education programmes for a variety of audiences towards people gaining self awareness and lifeskills to maximise their potential in life.
Requirements
Applicants should possess the following qualification and skills:
- Competent in conducting talks and workshops for parents, youth, and children
- Skilled in experiential training methods
- 3 years' relevant experience
- Degree in Counselling/Psychology/Social Work fields
Senior Case Manager
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Social Work, your main responsibilities include:
- Assist in planning and implementing existing and new programmes so as to enhance the standard of social work services in the organisation
- Perform direct casework by doing initial intake interviews, case analysis, mediation, counseling and case management
- Network with relevant organisations to secure the required services for clients
- Assist in planning and conducting Family Life Education Programmes
- Assist in Volunteer Development
Requirements
Applicants should possess the following qualification and skills:
- Relevant Degree or Grad Diploma in Social Work with approximately 3 years of related experience
- Good communication and people management skills
- Effectively bilingual
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- Self-motivated, initiative, committed to grow professionally
- Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong interest in working with inmates' families
Case Worker
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Social Worker, your main responsibilities include:
- Outreach to inmates' families to identify those needing assistance
- Conduct intake sessions to assess families' issues and needs
- Refer families to agencies for the necessary assistance
- Network with agencies to ensure the delivery of assistance
- Prepare monthly reports
Requirements
Applicants should possess the following qualification and skills:
- Degree or Diploma in Social Work or related fields.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- Strong interest in working with inmates' families
Student Care Services Facilitator
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Student Care Services Supervisor, your main responsibilities include:
- Children Management
- Homework Supervision
- Plan, develop, implement and evaluate programmes & activities
Requirements
Applicants should possess the following qualification and skills:
- O-Level or equivalent
- Effectively bilingual
- Good team player
- Passion for children and enjoy working with them
- Experience in the same industry preferred
