Learning Support Facilitator (Learning Support Teacher)

Responsibilities

You will plan and implement Learning Centres and Individual Education Plan. You enjoy working with children, and must be able to facilitate and supervise students' holistic needs.

Requirements

Applicants should possess the following qualification and skills:

  • Diploma in Montessori Teaching OR Certificate in Pre-school Teaching OR Learning Centre Experience
  • Good disposition and team spirit
  • High self-awareness
  • Require minimum supervision

Student Care Services Facilitator (Teacher)

Responsibilities

You will plan and implement learning activities, facilitate and supervise students during their off school hours. You enjoy working with children and have GCE “O” level and above.

Requirements

Applicants should possess the following qualification and skills:

  • GCE 'O' Level
  • Personable, with good organisational skills
  • Experience in the same industry preferred

Counsellor

Responsibilities

You will work with children and youth in workshops and groupwork to gain better self awareness, coping, choicemaking and lifeskills.

Requirements

Applicants should possess the following qualification and skills:

  • Relevant experience and Degree in Counselling, Psychology or Social Work is essential
  • Competent in conducting children and youth programmes

Admin Officer (Corporate Services)

Responsibilities

You will be responsible to handle daily accounting transactions, coordinate administration of the centre services as well as assist in the facilities management.

Requirements

Applicants should possess the following qualification and skills:

  • Diploma or LCCI equivalent
  • At least 2 years’ experience in accounting and administration, with knowledge in full set of accounts preferred
  • Independent and meticulous with strong analytical, writing and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel

Community Engagement Executive

Responsibilities
  • Day to day content management of the web portals and social media sites e.g. Facebook Page, Facebook Groups, Twitter Page etc.
  • Coordinate with various departments for new content for portals and newsletters
  • Media monitoring and research for relevant articles/links
  • Drive quality traffic to websites via various marketing tools
  • Update and maintain database and online registration system
  • Assist in community engagement projects including fund-raising activities, events, conferences and roadshows
  • Provide admin support to the Community Engagement Team

Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in mass communication or related fields
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated, pro-active, resourceful and independent
  • IT and web savvy, knowledge of digital media will be an advantage
  • Community Engagement Executive (Human Resource)

    Responsibilities
    • You will manage the full spectrum of the Human Resource function of the organisation and be responsible for the recruitment, engagement and development of volunteers in the organization.
    Requirements:
  • Degree in Business preferably in Human Resource with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A good team player who possess drive, initiative and ability to work independently
