Admin Officer (Programmes)

Responsibilities

You will be responsible to organize, plan and co-ordinate logistics for training and events management; copywriting and manage the production of marketing materials, including catalogues, manuals, leaflets, posters and flyers.

You will also facilitate and enhance information-sharing among clients and volunteers through online activities, and/or meeting sessions; and responsible for on-time submission of reports and summaries to necessary agencies

Requirements

Applicants should possess the following qualification and skills:

  • Diploma in Mass Communications / Marketing or equivalent
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in marketing and/or events management field
  • Creative and resourceful
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills

Learning Support Facilitator (Learning Support Teacher)

Responsibilities

You will plan and implement Learning Centres and Individual Education Plan. You enjoy working with children, and must be able to facilitate and supervise students' holistic needs.

Requirements

Applicants should possess the following qualification and skills:

  • Diploma in Montessori Teaching OR Certificate in Pre-school Teaching OR Learning Centre Experience
  • Good disposition and team spirit
  • High self-awareness
  • Require minimum supervision

Student Care Services Facilitator (Teacher)

Responsibilities

You will plan and implement learning activities, facilitate and supervise students during their off school hours. You enjoy working with children and have GCE “O” level and above.

Requirements

Applicants should possess the following qualification and skills:

  • GCE 'O' Level
  • Personable, with good organisational skills
  • Experience in the same industry preferred

Counsellor

Responsibilities

You will work with children and youth in workshops and groupwork to gain better self awareness, coping, choicemaking and lifeskills.

Requirements

Applicants should possess the following qualification and skills:

  • Relevant experience and Degree in Counselling, Psychology or Social Work is essential
  • Competent in conducting children and youth programmes

Case Manager / Senior Social Worker

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Assist in planning and implementing existing and new programmes so as to enhance the standard of social work services in the organization
  • Oversee the Information and Referral Service for inmates' families and other families
  • Perform casework by doing initial intake interviews, case analysis, family service plans, counseling and case management
  • Provide supervision on cases
  • Network with relevant organisations to secure the required services for clients
  • Assist in Volunteer Development

Requirements

Applicants should possess the following qualification and skills:

  • Relevant Degree or Grad Diploma in Social Work with approximately 3 years of related experience
  • Good communication and people management skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
  • Self-motivated, initiative, committed to grow professionally
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as part of a team

Admin Officer (Corporate Services)

Responsibilities

You will be responsible to handle daily accounting transactions, coordinate administration of the centre services as well as assist in the facilities management.

Requirements

Applicants should possess the following qualification and skills:

  • Diploma or LCCI equivalent
  • At least 2 years’ experience in accounting and administration, with knowledge in full set of accounts preferred
  • Independent and meticulous with strong analytical, writing and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel

Human Resource Manager/Senior Executive

Responsibilities

You will manage the full spectrum of the Human Resource function of the organisation and be responsible for the recruitment, engagement and development of volunteers in the organization.

Requirements

Applicants should possess the following qualification and skills:

  • Degree in Business preferably in Human Resource with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A good team player who possess drive, initiative and ability to work independently

Communications Manager/Senior Executive

Responsibilities

You will conceptualise, develop and execute communications programmes that will further the mission of the organisation and create opportunities for corporate partnerships and community engagement. You will also manage all aspects of PR, Publicity and Fund Raising function in the organisation.

Requirements

Applicants should possess the following qualification and skills:

  • Degree in Communications, Marketing or Business with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and presentation skills are essential
  • Strong media relations, collaboration and project management skills
